Aden Homes’ vision is to provide a number of accommodations that support vulnerable young people to successfully make the transition into independent living.

We currently have homes at Romford, Chelmsford, Colchester, Tilbury and Harlow, with more planned for the future. As we purchase, refurbish and launch new homes we will update this page of the website accordingly.

At AdenHomes we recognise the importance of privacy to young people who have experienced challenges in their lives and our rooms are designed to offer comfort, privacy and security while also ensuring that we are able to safeguard the needs of each resident.

Maya House, Romford

Maya House, Romford is a mixed gender 24 hours staffing 6 bed unit set in a leafy, accessible residential area in Hornchurch, Romford. The house is a beautiful home with additional facilities including a games/gym room in the garden, beautiful communal spaces and well-appointed bedrooms each with its own washroom facilities. Maya House is located close to shops, the local college and good transport links across Essex and London.

Maya House is designed to provide young people with a homely environment while also ensuring that they are able to develop their independent living skills in a supportive environment.

All young people living at Maya House will have access to:

  • A fully furnished individual room
  • A wash sink in their room
  • Wardrobe and drawers
  • Bedside cabinet and lamp

In addition, each young person has access to the use of communal bathrooms, kitchen, lounge, garden and games room.

 Shiloh House, Chelmsford

Shiloh House, Chelmsford is an outstanding and spacious 4-bedroom house in a quiet location in Chelmsford. Situated in a delightful environment and granting easy access to the city centre with its vast array of amenities like convenient transport links close to local schools, shops and other parts of the city. The property offers good size bedrooms, large living room, modern kitchen with appliances included a beautifully layout garden.

Activity centres, local health services and schools are also within proximity to the home.

 Luther House, Colchester

Luther House, Colchester is a 5-bedroom SIA placement situated close to Essex University. Great Plumtree home, Harlow is a 4-bedroom semi-detached SIA placement with a beautiful conservatory located in a quiet residential area within the Mark Hall ward/electoral division, which is in the Harlow District Council. Great Plumtree home is situated close to local amenities and Harlow town centre. The area comprises of mainly family and residential homes.
